Roof Top Policies and Dress Code

  • Incomplete parties will not be seated
  • Seating time is 2 hours maximum per table
  • No groups over 10 will be accommodated
  • All guests must be seated; no congregating around tables
  • No separate checks
  • Only 2 forms of payment will be accepted
  • 18% gratuity added to all checks
  • No clothing with offensive wording
  • No beach/pool attire
  • No exposing excessive skin or undergarments
  • No baggy clothing
  • Shoes must be worn at all times and feet must be kept off of furniture
  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or admit anyone at any time
  • All decisions regarding proper attire are at the discretion of management
